1. Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before the item is shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone as soon as possible. Once the shipping process has started, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for products that meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- The product is in the same condition in which it was received.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized products
- Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will arrange and cover the return shipping charges.
- In other cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- You must safely pack the item and send it back to the address provided by our team.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect the product.
- If it meets the eligibility criteria, the return will be approved.
- You will be notified via email about the approval status.
6. Refund Process
After your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide supporting photos or videos.
- We will process a replacement or refund based on your preference.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order on the website.
